Salt & Honey Co. Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn't work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup for an exchange or store credit only.  We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of ordor or stains, and have all original tags attached.  Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.  

Final Sale Items: Sale and clearance items, jewelry, accessories, hats, bodysuits, undergarments, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Online returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Salt & Honey Co. is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.  We will work with you to make it right.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability.  If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
